Protective
electrical insulating gloves are intended to be used exclusively for
electrical purposes, as basic personal protective equipment for work
under voltage up to 1kV, or as additional protective equipment for work
under voltage higher than 1kV.
Protective electrical insulating
gloves are anatomically shaped, manufactured of high-quality rubber
latex. Ergonomic shape and flexibility of the glove allows the wearer to
work freely with sweat-absorbing inserts and protective leather gloves.
Protective electrical insulating gloves are manufactured in five classes defining voltage requirements:
– 00 (2.5kV),
– 0 (5kV),
– 1 (10kV),
– 2 (20kV),
– 3 (30kV).
Electrical insulating gloves are RC category gloves and are characterised by increased resistance:
R – acid-resistant, oil-resistant, ozone-resistant;
C – resistant to extremely low temperatures.
